Money Back Guarantee

Try me out for 90 days and if you are not 100% satisfied, we will cancel your contract and return all the management fees we collected.

Owners are notified of repairs Guarantee

When tenants request a repair, owner will be notified by email.

EVICTION Guarantee

We are proud of our screening process and tenant oversight, if at anytime we are in a position to have to evict your tenant we will cover the costs of filing for all of the court appearances involved with evicting a tenant. Additional coverages are available as well.

PET Guarantee

We offer a guarantee that any damage caused to the home, above normal wear and tear, resulting from the approved pet(s) that is not covered by the security deposit will be reimbursed by The Rental Lister, to make necessary repairs on behalf of the owner. This excludes any Service/Comfort Animals per Fair Housing Guidelines. This Free Animal Guarantee is limited to an amount of $1,000 per pet.

Results Guarantee

We don’t get paid until you get paid. With The Rental Lister, you will have peace of mind, knowing that we are working hard for you and you will not need to pay us until you get results.

Qualified Vendor Guarantee

All vendors hired by Nevada Superior Properties, who do work on your property will be licensed State contractors and will be properly insured for your protection.

Easy Switch Guarantee

We will take care of all the work involved with switching to our company from another property management company. We will also reduce our management fees to help make switching easier financially if the previous management company does not waive termination fees.

HAPPINESS GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not completely happy with our services and want to leave us, you can cancel your management agreement without penalty at any time.

Management Fee Guarantee

If you can find a lower management fee to manage your property in writing, we will match it. As long as the other firm does not charge fees in addition to their base management fee and offers equal services, we guarantee to match it.

Leasing Fee Guarantee

We certify that you will NEVER have to pay 2 leasing fees in the same 12 month period. Now, the only exception would be a federal military relocation, or any other early termination clause required by the state which are out of anyone’s control, but outside of that we guarantee your tenant will stay 12 months, or we will find a replacement at no additional charge.

Response Guarantee

If we do not respond to you (any communication) within 24 Business Hours that month’s management fee is FREE.
